-OpenOffice.org Writer 3 (Windows only)
-Pages 09: EndNote is integrated into Pages 09 as part of Apple's iWork 09 suite.

"Format Paper" feature: compatible with Microsoft Word, WordPerfect and other word processors that can save or export files in Rich Text Format (RTF).
RTF Document Scan: works with RTF (Rich Text Format) files created by many word processors including OpenOffice, FrameMaker and more.
