For Blackboard® Software

The Maple T.A. Connector for Blackboard Software enables you to use Maple T.A. directly from inside your Blackboard classes.

Features:

Users can easily access Maple T.A. from their Blackboard course or section.
Authentication and login of users into the Maple T.A. system is automatic when you access Maple T.A. from Blackboard.
Questions and assignments can be created by accessing Maple T.A. from within Blackboard classes.
Student results are automatically posted to both the Blackboard and Maple T.A. grade books.
Instructors can also make further updates to the Blackboard grade book through Maple T.A. For example, an instructor can use Maple T.A. to create a report of the best, most recent, or average grades for the assignment, and then export the results to Blackboard.
Schools can choose to keep either the best or the most recent result in the Blackboard grade book when multiple attempts are made. For Blackboard Vista, instructors can control this setting for each course.

Requirements

The Maple T.A. Connector for Blackboard Software requires a licensed copy of Maple T.A. 6, either as a stand-alone product or as part of the Placement Test Suite, and one of the following Blackboard Software platforms:

Blackboard Learn (Release 9.0)
Blackboard Learning System (Release 6.3 / 7.x / 8.0 )
Blackboard Vista Enterprise (versions 4, 8, CE 6, CE 8)

Maple T.A. can also be integrated with other course management systems, including Moodle.

A series of flexible and cost effective licensing options are available for Maple T.A. Your purchase of Maple T.A. includes:
• A perpetual server license, including online help system, installation support, and 1-year of technical support.
• The Maple T.A. Extended Maintenance Plan which provides upgrades to new releases of Maple T.A. (if and when available).
Depending on your institution's needs, individual Class Licenses, Department Licenses, and Campus Wide License options are availble.
