ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification
Following the re-appraisal of our Quality Management System on 19th May
2003, Adept Scientific plc achieved accreditation to the requirements
of ISO 9001:2000. The company has been ISO 9000 certified since 15th May
2000 and the current certificate is valid to the 15th May 2006 (Certificate
number Q/51598 applies).
ISO 9001:2000 is a quality management system which identifies and monitors
the processes we adhere to. This management system has been put in place
to monitor, measure and analyse the processes we use, and ensure we implement
the actions required to achieve our planned results and the continuous
improvement of our processes.
The Certification recognises that we have systems in place to provide
the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Internal audits
every three months and regulatory audits every six months ensure that
we continue to maintain and improve our standards, to the benefit of our
customers, suppliers and employees and the overall efficiency and effectiveness
of our Company.

This Quality Policy and associated quality objectives are established
and reviewed within each management review meeting, and are communicated
and understood by all levels of our organisation - for its continuing
suitability and effectiveness in achieving the aims of this Quality policy.
